Due to the personalized nature of wedding scrolls, we can't offer a refund on the scrolls. If there was a misprint, and it's our fault, we will reprint and get it sent out to immediately. If there was a mistake on your part, (spelling of a name, word, or wrong date) we can offer to reprint the scrolls with the correction for 1/2 price!
