The following questions are the most
common questions the support team receives regarding Keylogger Pro.
1. I am unable to rename keyloggerpro.exe!
If you are trying to rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to another
name, but receive a Windows error stating the the file cannnot be
renamed (for whatever reason), it is because Keylogger Pro is running
already on your system. To stop Keylogger Pro from running, you will
have to manually close it. To do this, simply end the monitoring
process (if it is in stealth mode, you will have to remove it from
stealth mode before proceeding) and hit the "X" on the
main Keylogger Pro interface window. Once you have closed Keylogger
Pro, you can now freely rename the KeyloggerPro.exe module to whatever
name you wish without receiving any errors!
2. I can't seem to remove Keylogger Pro from Stealth Mode. How
Can I?
If you forget your Keylogger Pro stealth mode hotkey, or you do not
remember the Hotkey you configured Keylogger Pro to recognize when
removing it from stealth mode, simply download and run the following
utility:
kp-exitstealth.zip
When you run this file, it will check for a running instance of Keylogger
Pro. If it is found, you will be prompted for the Keylogger Pro password.
If it is not found, that means Keylogger Pro is NOT currently running
in stealth mode!
3. I need a new copy of Keylogger Pro - how do I obtain it?
If, for some reason, you need to obtain another copy of Keylogger
Pro, simply contact support and
request a new copy. We will send you another copy of the software as
soon as possible.
Note: Please include your Order ID and e-mail address inside the support
ticket so that we can verify your order.
4. I run Keylogger Pro, but nothing happens. What's wrong?
If you run the keyloggerpro.exe module, and find that no program executes,
it is VERY likely that you have configured Keylogger Pro to run in
total stealth mode. To take Keylogger Pro out of stealth mode, you
will need to simultaneously press the correct key sequence to bring
Keylogger Pro out of stealth mode. If you do not remember this key
sequence, please refer to question 2 above.
5. What Operating Systems is Keylogger Pro compatible with?
