Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda – The Remedy

By: Scott

9 pounds is very impressive. Even the worst of crash diets I’ve tried, I have never lost that much weight. The last time I lost this much weight was when I went into surgery for my gall bladder removal.

The remedy I’m on? The most disgusting thing I’ve ever drank in my life. Hahaha

Recipe:

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate)
  • 2 Tablespoons Natural Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (available at health food stores and usually NOT in regular supermarkets)
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Taken 2 times daily 5 days a week.

To get rid of the bitter taste, some use Apple Juice, Stevia (future blog post), or organic honey.

It’s the nastiest drink ever when using water. Trust me. It tastes like grinding pills, diluting in water, and then drinking it…. only with a nice vinegar aftertaste. Yummy! The smell is also horrible unless you love the smell of vinegar…

From here on, I will mention my use of Apple Cider Vinegar as ACV. ACV is commonly used on the internet as well.

As for the weight loss, it came immediately following drinking the above. But not just because of that, I have completely overhauled my diet. More on that later.

So where in God’s name did I learn about this? A simple google search for “Acid Reflux Natural Remedy” was what turned it up. The very first result because it is incredibly popular.
